About This Course

Evidence Law 1 covers the complete foundational framework of evidence law as applied in Ugandan courts. Every module is mapped directly to the Evidence Act Cap. 8, Laws of Uganda, and draws on real decisions from the High Court and Supreme Court of Uganda.

The course is designed for university students studying law at Year 2 or Year 3 level who need to understand not just the rules but why they exist and how they apply in real court situations. Content is simplified without sacrificing accuracy you will be able to use what you learn in actual exam and moot settings.

Each lesson combines video explanation, text notes, downloadable PDF materials, and practice quizzes. Every module ends with a graded quiz that counts toward your certificate. The certificate requires an 80% average across all module quizzes.
